In-person entrance to the Congress
Indications and important information for those attending the Congress in-person, which will be held at the Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao on 6th and 7th October:
- Doors will open at 8am and the Congress will kick off at 9am with the Welcome Session. You are kindly asked to arrive well in advance so that entrance to the Congress can be staggered.
- The entrance will be closed at 11am and you will be unable to enter the Conference Centre until the opening ceremony has concluded. All attendees to the opening session must remain seated from 11:45 until the session is over.
- Bring a copy of the attached entrance ticket on your mobile phone or in paper format and present it at the entrance to the Conference Centre. You will be able to pick up your accreditation in paper format there.
- In compliance with COVID-19 regulations, you are reminded that you must wear a face mask at all times and respect safety distances.
- Hand sanitising gel dispensers can be found at different places around the Conference Centre for use at your convenience.
We would like to inform you that, so as to reinforce our COVID-19 protocol, in order to access the venue you will have to show one of the following certificates on arrival:
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- Negative antigen test (issued within the 48 hours prior to your arrival)
